The peer review award is exclusive to women lawyers who have acheived the HIGHEST POSSIBLE RATING in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. has been an associate with the law firm of Butler, Butler & Rowse- Oberle P.L.L.C. since January 2005. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University in 1997 and received her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2000. Prior to joining Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle, P.L.L.C., Ms. Lubinski was an associate attorney with the creditor rights firm of Kilpatrick & Associates. Ms. Lubinski is a member of the State Bar Of Michigan and is licensed to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Ms. Lubinski is an active member of the East Pointe Lions Club and enjoys running marathons.
