Karen L. Rowse-Oberle

was recently selected for the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers for 2011 by Martindale-Hubbell, a Division of LexisNexis. The peer review award is exclusive to women lawyers who have achieved the HIGHEST POSSIBLE RATING in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. This award is in addition to her certification as a consumer bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification.

will speak on the issue of Ethics at the American Bankruptcy Institute in Traverse City in June, 2011. She has been a frequent speaker/ moderator for ABI functions, as well for groups including the Institute of continuing Legal Education, the State Bar of Michigan, and others.
