KENNETH C. BUTLER II
is a founding shareholder in the law firm of Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle,
P.L.L.C. He received his B.A. from Oakland University in 1975 and his J.D. from the
University of Detroit School of Law in 1977. Mr. Butler currently serves as a
mediator for the Wayne County Circuit Court and Macomb County Circuit Court. He is a
member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and the
Macomb County Bar Association. Mr. Butler is licensed to practice in the Federal
Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan,
and the Northern District of Ohio.
JOHN W. BUTLER
is a founding shareholder in the law firm of Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle,
P.L.L.C. He received his B.A. from Oakland University in 1979 and his J. D.
from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1981. Mr. Butler was an
instructor in the areas debt collection and bankruptcy in the legal assistant program
at Macomb Community College. Mr. Butler currently serves as a civil mediator for the
Macomb County Community Circuit Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan,
the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and the Macomb County Bar Association.
Mr. Butler is licensed to practice in the Federal Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern
District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, Northern District of Ohio, and the
Northern District of Illinois.
KAREN L. ROWSE-OBERLE
is a share holder in the law firm of Butler, Butler & Rowse-Oberle, P.L.L.C.
She received her B.A. from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio in 1985 and
her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988. Ms. Rowse-Oberle is
certified as a specialist in consumer bankruptcy by the American Board of
Certification. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar of the
Eastern District of Michigan, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association.
